Dreaded Predni"zone" Week - Part C

Hi Everyone,

Update today is encouraging. Trudy's blood chemistries are on the up and up! She had a lab on Friday and all levels are on the move in the right direction. Also, Friday was the last mega-dose of Prednisone for this cycle. Thank you Lord and thanks for everyone's prayers.

We send our prayers on behalf of everyone in the path of GUSTAV. This storm will apparently hit Louisiana with a lot of force and even now is devastating Cuba. By Sunday morning there will be a full-scale evacuation from Louisiana's coastal and near coastal inland's population. The projected path is looking very likely that the storm will be close enough to Central Louisiana that we will get some Cat. 1 winds and rain similar to RITA just three years ago.

Again, thanks so much for the prayers for Trudy. She has now made three weeks of teaching and with some renewed strength, she should be raring to go Tuesday...or whenever schools resume after the storm. May the good Lord grant that her strength continue to recover and that her health remain good and that the Leukemia would stay away.

Blessings,
Trudy and Robert
