Appreciate the Prayers- Supplemental

Hello Everyone,

With thanksgiving to God, we are pleased to report that labs today were encouraging. Trudy's white blood cells and platelets have returned to levels that are consistent with her treatment protocol requirements and are out of any dangerous territory. Her red blood cells remain suppressed and along with that, she stays a bit weak and tired. While not "dangerously low" this is an area she would sure like to see an upward trend.

Also, today marks the start of her tenth month of Maintenance Chemo. That means that she will soon be 1/3 of the way through Maintenance. To be sure, there have been some challenges during these months, but with your prayer support and the divine help of the Lord, she has done super "good!"

Prayer concerns right now are the RBC's and the discomfort of the side effects of the Prednisone. The first five days of each month's cycle, she takes mega-doses of Prednisone. The side effects start right away with sleeplessness and "antsy" feelings. Then, the puffiness and general feeling of discomfort lasts for a few days into the next week. So, we continue to seek God for Trudy to gain in strength and stamina...and for the Leukemia to stay away.

Blessings,
Robert and Trudy
