Thought You Would Want to Know . . .

Hello all,

Sorry for no updates lately, but we were wating for Trudy to feel better and to write the news herself. The last few days have been a little yucky for Trudy. Today has been better, but she still has some lingering illness and still feels pretty weak . . . nothing suggesting a trip to the E.R., but kinda listless.

Leukemia wise, as last reported, her blood levels recovered very quickly and strongly. For that, we are grateful. She will go in tomorrow for labs and physician consult. If deemed ready, Trudy (and I) will head to Houston on Sunday afternoon for Course Four. She will be in the hosptial for four nights. Upon discharge, we will come back to Tioga Road.

Please continue to pray. First, that she will start feeling her usual chipper self and that the listless and sick-feelings will disappear. Next, please pray that she gets the "go-ahead" for Course Four to begin on Monday, as she wants no part of delaying these treatments. And as you pray for Trudy, please pray for Dr. Wold (Alexandria), Dr. Koller (Houston clinic), and Dr. Kantarjian (Houston hospital) as they work together to give Trudy the best possible care.
