T2E-D15 (late) and 16 (early)

Hello Friends and Family,

Trudy had a quiet day from about 5 am through midnight. After a busy, anxious, and long Monday night, she really needed a calm day. The strategy was to administer sedation, take care of the blood product needs, and keep the vital signs nice and steady. Tomorrow will be more busy with more wake fullness and therapies designed to exercise her lungs. Oh yeah, no dialysis has as yet been administered.

Tonight, Wendy and Robert get some nice rest at the apartment. Our reinforcement trooper is Alicia Price Crooks, Robert and Trudy's niece. She is staying with Aunt Trudy tonight so that we can rest up and replenish our energy and stamina. Thanks, Alicia K., and thanks for volunteering to be a Platelet Donor.

As for her condition and prognosis, Trudy has lung, kidney, and liver issues. The lungs have Pneumonia that comes from flu. Trudy received a strong chemo regimen that unfortunately has escalated to toxic levels that have had strong effects on her vital organs. We pray that "Dr. Jesus" will pour mercy and healing in equal measure upon my dear Trudy.

Blessings,
Trudy and Robert
