Prayers for Trudy and Family,

Hi,

Thanks for checking-in here at Trudy's Blog. Trudy is feeling very well and is working hard at getting ready for classes at Tioga High School.

We want to ask that you include a few family needs in your prayers:

Robert's cousin Lindsey is in Cleveland, OH, at this writing and the news is very difficult. Lindsey has weakened drastically. She and her family have been informed that she is too weak to receive a lung transplant and that no further medical intervention is expected. Please pray for her and her family, Steve, Debbi, and Joe Ben (parents and brother) as well as her extended family.

Trudy's mother, Effie in Alexandria, LA. Mamma has several blood clots and blockages in her leg. She will consult with a specialist on Wednesday for a prescribed course of action. Please pray that these issues will soon be resolved.

Robert's brother Jack. Jack is in Williamsburg, VA. He is being treated for renal cell carcinoma and is presently receiving radiation treatments every Monday. Please pray that he will continue to respond well to the treatments.

Trudy's Uncle Sanford Manual in Lake Charles. Uncle Sanford will be celebrating his 80th birthday this weekend. His family and extended family will be there from near and far. Pray that his strength and lung power will hold up in fine fashion for the extra activity of this weekend.

Robert's extended family in West Monroe, LA, after the passing of our Uncle Luke Shackelford. Aunt Jo, and a large family are strong in faith and assured of God's promises.

In all these things, we are confident that the Lord is in control and working out His will for our lives. Thanks so much for praying for Trudy. We continue to pray that she will stay well, that her strength will continue to recover, and that the Leukemia will stay away.
