Prayer Updates

Hello Friends and Family,

Here are some updates for your prayerful consideration:

Trudy's mom, Effie Benoit, is considering the options on the blood clots in her legs. However, she is able to continue with her plans to be in Lake Charles this weekend for her brother's (Trudy's Uncle Sanford Manuel) birthday.

Robert's cousin Lindsey has been granted her request that she return to her home in Oklahoma City and is being air-med transported today. She will be in her own home with her parents (Steve and Debbi) and the comfort of her sweet therapy dog, Harley. Hospice Care will be there to provide their needed service.

Robert's brother Jack, is strongly facing his radiation treatments. While he is able to continue to work a few hours each day at his custom cabinet shop in Williamsburg, and do many of his favorite activities, this is a challenging time for him and his wife, Karen.

Trudy is working hard to get up to "speed" for the fast approaching school year. Her classroom once again bears her unique and special touch and looks splendid. Today, she is taking her mother in for labs. After that she will prepare some delicious items for the family reunion/birthday celebration with Uncle Sanford's family in Lake Charles. While she can "run down" a bit, we are confident that her overall strength has recovered to the extent that she is ready.

As we can't express well enough, your prayers for these special family needs and Trudy's continuing journey in her fight against Leukemia mean so much to us. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We are praying for Trudy's mom, our precious cousin, Lindsey, big brother Jack, and that Trudy will have abundant strength for the classroom days...and that the Leukemia will stay away.

Blessings,
Trudy and Robert
