Infection Alert Part 3

Hello Friends and Family,

Well, after a five day stay in the hospital, Trudy is at home. We are mighty thankful to be out of Room 609 and to break away from the always delicious hospital food.

Trudy does continue to have a low grade fever but she is feeling better and the sores are much improved. Also, her twelfth monthly cycle start was postponed from Monday to today. Please join Trudy's prayer that the fever and sores will completely disappear, that she will regain her full measure of strength, and that the Leukemia will stay away. As yet, the doctors have been unable to put a name to this confounding condition. But one pathology report is still pending...perhaps this next week we will know more.

Also, it is time for a trip to M. D. Anderson Hospital for a Bone Marrow Aspiration and continuing follow-up with Dr. Koller. We anticipate this trip to occur either next week or the following week.
