Hanging Tough

Hello again Friends and Family,

Since the last post, Trudy has been to a couple of labs. Good news is that she has not had to have further transfusions because her counts are somewhat stable. Of course, we pray that they will not only stabilize, but begin to normalize.

She feels pretty strong today. After the labs, we went to Target and did a bit of shopping. After Target, we went to a local eatery, "The Cottage" for an early lunch. The Lord blessed us with a neat experience in that after we had been seated, Russell Benoit (our Nephew) and his fiance Melissa came in. They sat with us and we enjoyed a wonderful time with them over lunch. We look forward to their wedding on July 14th.

Our prayer needs are for Trudy's Platelets and other good bone marrow products to get on the rise. We are thankful that Trudy's energy and appetite are good today and pray that will be true the rest of the week. Her next appointment with Dr. Koller is a week from today.
