More Like It

Hello Friends and Family,

The WBC number was up to 1.5 today . . . much more like it. This should continue to rise today and tomorrow. When it gets into the normal range (5.0 - 10.0), and no further fevers, Trudy will be discharged. Possibly Sunday.

The last couple of days have been quite good. No fever, no digestive issues, and some returning energy. Thank you Lord! The doctor feels that she had more of a reaction to the constant chemo than anything. She will get a few days off to get her strength back and prayerfully a little of her weight back before she begins Course Five. The challenge there is that she can't eat a lot. So, she has to eat small portions, five or six times a day. Trudy is a true trooper . . . she is willing for a short delay, but knowing the importance of keeping-up the chemo attack on the Leukemia, she wants no part of any delays of more than a few days.

Please pray that her WBC counts rise to the normal levels over the next 24 hours. Pray that she will be able to regain her strength and weight quickly. Pray that she will be ready for Course Five in the next few days.

Thanks again for all the prayers, love, and concern.
Trudy and Robert
