Thursday Update

Hello Family and Friends,

Here is an update on Trudy for this Thursday . . . She completed her Third Course in this regiment . . . Five more to go. The chemo today went fairly well. Her blood pressure was a little low at the beginning, but it did come around as things progressed and there were no other issues.

Robert had a day of "stomach bug" on Wednesday. Pretty yucky feeling. Trudy has not shown any symptoms as yet . . . but I wanted to put this before you as part of her prayer needs. Please pray that she won't get the bug and that she won't get any infection during these next few days when she has no immune system at work.

We go to the hospital outpatient clinic on Friday to check her blood levels. They may need to transfuse some blood in order to get her at levels that will get her through the weekend. Prayerfully, by the middle or later portion of next week, the counts will recover and she will then be out of this dangerous "low" time.
