Thursday at Rapides General Hospital

Hello Friends and Family:

Side-effects are showing up today. Trudy is experiencing some of the dreaded effects of the chemo. So far, they are unpleasant, but somewhat manageble. Also, after calculating the timing of the remaining chemo, we now know that it will be Sunday morning before she can be discharged. Next week, she will have two outpatient days scheduled for further chemo. She will do labs on other days to monitor her blood levels . . . so the next week to ten days after Sunday will be pretty busy for Trudy.

Please pray that the side-effects will get better, not worse. Please pray that the remaining procedures will go well. And pray, pray, pray, that infection will not be a factor this time.
