Dead End Day

I really wish I had better news to report tonight. Mom is still not in the hospital. Dad has been on the phone all day between the insurance company and the hospital. The doctor at M.D.A. has made several phone calls on her behalf too. It is ridiculous the run around Humana is giving them. Her platelets are dangerously low at this point, please pray that she does not get sick. The doctor is pretty determined to get her in and started on chemo tomorrow. They have an appointment at 2PM. They do need financial help and we are trying hard to determine the best way to do that for those of you who can help. I hope to be able to report better news tomorrow. Thank you for your continued prayers for mom and dad as they deal with this delay.
